Maryhill Stonehenge, Washington State, United States

It was a beautiful Sunday morning and a perfect timing to be back to Portland, Oregon after a year.  These snaps are of Maryhill Stonehenge in the Washington State of United States
Referring wikipediaMaryhill Stonehenge is a replica of Stonehenge located in Maryhill, Washington. It was commissioned in the early 20th century by businessman Samuel Hill and dedicated on July 4, 1918 as a memorial to those that died in World War I. Driving on Historic Columbia River Highway, it was a beautiful scenic drive all along Columbia River to reach this place. On a clear day with Mt. Hood looking majestic in the backdrop, this place is simply gorgeous to enjoy natural beauty.

Columbia River Gorge, Oregon

These snaps are of very scenic Columbia River Gorge in Oregon. The Columbia River Gorge is a canyon of the Columbia River in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Historic Columbia River Highway is a scenic drive and on their way includes some spectacular waterfalls including the Multnomah Falls. Some of the other waterfalls are Bridal Veil Falls, Latourell Falls and Shepherd's Dell falls . Initial snaps are of Crown Point, which is one of the scenic lookouts along the Historic Columbia River Highway, providing a panoramic view of the Columbia River. It stands 733 feet above the river and is remains of a lava flow that filled the Columbia River channel 14 million years ago. These snaps are taken early in the morning near Vista house (Crown Point), which looks even more spectacular when the first sun rays fall.
