Difference between a leader and a great leader


To quote Rosalyn Carter

A good leader is a person who takes the others to where he/she wants to go.


A great leader is a person who takes the others where he/she ought to go.

    Hi sri, i'm new to PMP. would like to get certified with PMP. Could you advice as how to start up and any schedule to follow. My target is to get certified with in a month.Thanks

    I would suggest that you join forums for PMHUB and IT Toolkit. There you would find lot of pointers for 4th edition sample questions and guidelines.
    You can always refer my earlier posts on PMP for pointers.
